* For elderly and other vulnerable to COVID-19 most of our stores will arrange a scheduled pick up for servicing your vehicle.


In an effort, to ensure the SAFETY of our customers and employees we have developed: 

  • Scheduling no wait, social distance approved key hand off for test drives.
  • Accepting lease turn-ins with virtual walk around inspection or drop off inspection.
  • Virtual walk around trade-in offers with key drop off.
  • Allowing you to sign discussed payment terms and agreement online so your time at the dealership is limited to one signature for your safety and convenience.

Vehicle Cleaning Process

Before you test drive and pick up your new or serviced vehicle, we will be following this cleaning process:

    • Exterior driver side door handle
    • Steering wheel- including buttons
    • Center Console - outside only
    • Gear Selector (Dial/Handle)
    • Radio/HVAC Areas
    • Touchscreen
    • Start/Stop Button
    • Driver door armrest and center console
    • Window/Seat/Mirror Controls
    • Rear View Mirror
    • Seatbelt Buckle & Anchor
    • Other- any other high touch area
    • Key Fob (then placed in envelope)

All our sales and service personnel:
  • Have shields at service desk for your safety. 
  • Will wear masks upon your requests now that state guidelines have eased.
